The back and ribs in a faint medium figure, rising from the centre joint, the neck and scroll in a tighter figure,, the front in narrow grain spruce. Set up with 4 new pegs, new French bridge and soundpost, and new tailpiece with integral adjusters, this violin has good projection from a set of new Pirastro Tonica strings. The price includes new case and bow.
